PERSONNEL LOYALTY, WORK-LIFE BALANCE DURING REMOTE WORK

Nowadays, loyalty is rooted in an employee’s commitment to the organisation and involvement its activities described as a belief organisational goals values. However, when Covid-19 pandemic overwhelmed not only Latvia but whole world, it became crucial find out how personnel felt at time their office home (where before 2019, all work-related stress was left behind) world restricted homes. While working remotely from instead of office, work-life balance gets easily disturbed. The present study attempts answer following questions: What type does predominate among employees remotely? factors affect during remote working? Is there any correlation between Findings various studies on loyalty, balance, types work, advantages/disadvantages, with emphasis working, are summarised this article. Two surveys were conducted for study: survey working. involved 103 full-time manufacturing industry who performed work remotely. Results show that represent vital resource, one new forms employment created by digitalisation will steadily enter take root labour market. main problems highlighted results includes workload, which most directly affects has been noted 70% respondents; lack managers’ understanding; employers’ negative attitude towards staff absence. highlight need more detailed research development guidelines or recommendations promoting balance.
